shell Beach Condo
This 1980’s vintage condo opens onto a lovely green space and cliffs that plummet abruptly into the ocean. To maximize the views and the feel of open space, we opened up the entire living space and removed a wall between the master bed and bath, creating a spa like refuge where one can enjoy ocean views from almost every perspective, either directly or reflected in oversized mirrors.
A see-through fireplace between the living room and master bedroom and twin barn doors that open up between the guest bedroom and its en suite bath, help to further the feeling of openness and luxury in what was previously a confined space.
