Creating truly captivating jewelry is more complicated than most people realize. It requires more than just expertise in all the various facets of design and craftsmanship. It requires good ideas. A lot of jewelry is well made but rather ill-conceived. Other jewelry is based on a great concept, but the execution or materials are lacking. I want the best of both worlds — something that conveys quality but also to something deeper, something beneath the surface.
